How to: Copy and paste a range of cells in a worksheet or workbook.
Solution:
Select and copy the range, then paste the range.
To copy and paste a range of cells:
1) Select the desired range to copy:
a) Click on the first cell of the range.
b) Press and hold down the mouse button.
c) Drag the cross sign to the last cell of the range.
d) Release the mouse button. (The desired range is highlighted.)
2) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Copy'. (The range is copied.)
3) Select the cells to which to paste the copied data.
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste'. (The data is pasted.)
